INFO-RIGHTS Project

INFO-RIGHTS Project

INFO-RIGHTS is a European initiative aimed at improving the transparency and compliance of worker posting within the EU, with a focus on the agriculture and manufacturing sectors. The project seeks to create an accessible and user-friendly portal that provides clear information about employment rules and conditions for each EU member state and Norway. It also aims to strengthen the capacities of workers, employers, and social partners by offering training on posting procedures in line with EU laws and national agreements.
The project places special emphasis on temporary work agencies, seasonal workers, and posted third-country nationals to ensure their rights are respected. By addressing key issues such as fair remuneration, occupational safety, health, and social security, INFO-RIGHTS contributes to the economic and social growth of the EU single market. Additionally, the initiative will promote its outcomes widely, encouraging adoption across Europe and ensuring long-term impact.
Through collaboration with social partners, research institutes, and NGOs from several countries, including Portugal, Poland, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Norway, INFO-RIGHTS fosters a comprehensive approach to protecting the rights of posted workers while enhancing cooperation between sending and receiving states.
