European Labour Mobility Congress,

17-18.02.2025 – Krakow, Poland

The 8th edition of the European Labour Mobility Congress will take place in Krakow on 17-18 February 2025. This event focuses on key issues related to the single market, mobile workers, and the free movement of services across Europe.

The first day will address topics under the Polish Presidency of the EU Council, including discussions on the single market, the free movement of workers, and challenges related to the posting of workers. The complex debate on worker posting, particularly concerns about social dumping and fair business practices, will be a central theme. Discussions will also examine the impact of “equal pay for equal work” principles and the enforcement of regulations within the EU.

The second day will offer practical solutions through workshops, helping attendees develop strategies to manage the posting of workers while ensuring compliance with EU regulations.

This Congress is an important event for addressing the priorities of the Polish EU Presidency, focusing on ensuring security and economic stability across the region. The event provides a platform for meaningful discussions on labour mobility and the functioning of the single market.
