Online Experts Meetings 1

The Online Experts Meeting on May 10, 2024, will bring together specialists to discuss key aspects of the Posting of Workers Directive. The session will begin with participant registration, followed by a welcome address and an outline of the agenda and objectives.

Experts will present reports on national website content, challenges in applying the directive to agricultural and manufacturing workers, employment and living conditions, social security access, judicial jurisdiction, irregular postings, temporary employment agencies, and rights violations. Contributions will be made by representatives from various EU countries.

Following expert presentations, a discussion will summarize findings and draw conclusions. The meeting will conclude with a Q&A session and planning for the next online meeting.
